1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1jj9 ("1jj9", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally licensed online gaming operator. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1jj9 platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or using aliases — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in them will be voided without compensation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jj9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 1jj9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 1jj9 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

1jj9 is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 1jj9 account in real time, typically within seconds of confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. Once approved, JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. 1jj9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds, which may extend processing time. 4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account balance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1jj9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time the offer is made.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money stakes. Free spins winnings and bonus balance wagers contribute to wagering requirements as specified per promotion.
• 1jj9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to players.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Where a player has both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, real-money funds are wagered first unless the applicable promotion states otherwise.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting

All bets placed on the 1jj9 sportsbook are subject to 1jj9's betting rules, which are available within the platform's help and rules section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

6.2 Cricket & PSL Betting

Cricket betting, including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international Test matches, T20 Internationals, and other bilateral series, is subject to the cricket-specific betting rules available on the platform. Live in-play betting markets are subject to the in-play rules, which may differ from pre-match rules in respect of void conditions and settlement timelines.

6.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of 1jj9's sportsbook team is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. 1jj9 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits at its sole discretion, particularly where irregular betting patterns are identified.

7. Casino & Live Games

11. Limitation of Liability

1jj9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 1jj9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1jj9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond 1jj9's reasonable control.

12. Termination

1jj9 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or irregular account activity.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion.
• As required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary closure or termination not related to misconduct, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to outstanding verification requirements being met.

13. Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, promotion, or any other matter, you must contact 1jj9 support in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected]. 1jj9 aims to resolve all disputes within five business days of receiving full details of the complaint.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, you may request escalation to 1jj9's dispute resolution team. The decision of 1jj9's senior dispute resolution officer, issued in writing, will constitute 1jj9's final position on the matter.

All disputes must be raised within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 1jj9 will not consider disputes raised after this period has elapsed.

14. Amendments

1jj9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 1jj9 will provide reasonable notice via the platform, by email to your registered address, or both, prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the 1jj9 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jj9 holds its primary operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 1jj9's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
